We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Intake Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing top-notch customer service, administrative support, and conducting client assessments. The primary responsibilities include assisting with appointment services, answering phone calls, and assessing prospective clients for various programs within our organization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct client assessments and schedule appointments.
  • Answer and manage phone calls from prospective clients.
  • Assess financial eligibility and collect payments.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Intake and Billing teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all program services and community resources.
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent attendance for optimal client contact coverage.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A minimum of three years experience scheduling appointments, conducting intake assessments, providing customer service, and verifying insurance benefits is required. Non-profit and/or social service experience is preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficient in MS Office and Outlook. Spanish fluency is required.

  • Ability to work effectively with the Intake and Billing Team.

This is a salaried, exempt position with a competitive range of $43,000 – $48,000. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, and a 403b retirement plan.
