Essential Job Functions

  • This position provides quality, comprehensive, and well-integrated direct behavioral healthcare services for adults and youth in an outpatient counseling program.
  • This includes direct service (e.g., individual, couple, and family therapy) and indirect services, including but not limited to documentation, public relations/marketing, management of client caseload, and assigned administrative duties.

Experience, Education, and Knowledge

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counseling, or other related field from an accredited College or University is required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required in order to provide services to our Spanish-speaking clientele.
  • Full Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in the field of counseling (Internship work will be considered).
  • Experience and comfort working with children of all ages is required (Play Therapy certification a plus).
  • Ability and comfort seeing children in person and through telehealth.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to use Zoom
  • Ability to work in the community and at our Central office

Work Hours and Location

  • This position will report to our Central office and require 3 days of work in the community.

Compensation

This is a salaried, exempt position with a range of $75,000 – $78,000 annually for a fully licensed candidate (salary would be adjusted for an associate license).
