Family Houston recognizes the challenges of a busy life, where finding time for self-care can feel like an impossible task. Nevertheless, your mental well-being should remain a top priority. We understand that taking the first step can be tough, but we’re here to make it as effortless as possible for you!


Take advantage of a series of Five Telehealth Sessions designed to help you manage stress, find work-life balance, and navigate the unique challenges of Post-Covid life. During these five sessions, our counselors will help you learn stress management and effective coping skills.

45-minute appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. These flexible hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule, allowing you to access the support you need without disrupting your daily routine.

We accept most major insurance plans, EAP, and offer a sliding-fee scale for those who do not have insurance. Services are provided in English and Español.
