Family Houston and Houston Community Land Trust (HCLT) partner together to help more individuals and families purchase homes! We provide services to HCLT clients who don’t yet meet the requirements for homeownership and we also refer our clients, who are interested in buying a home, to their program. Their mission is to make affordable homeownership achievable for limited-income households in Houston by connecting qualified homebuyers with perpetually affordable homes in neighborhoods across our city.
